First, let me shout out a huge “thank you” to all of our friends out there in the blog-o-sphere for your support, comments, and shared fun over the last two plus years of writing Our Kitchen Inventions.
Through the process of giving a tiny peek into our part of the world, we’ve gotten to know so many friends in so many far away (and not so far away!) places.
Now for the very exciting news….
Today marks the launch of our new blog – Come Follow Me To Italy. Yes, I know that might seem crazy to start yet another blog…but the intention is to refocus on our cooking adventures and experimentation process here at Our Kitchen Inventions, and then offer up a bit of all things Italian in our new blog.
Here’s hoping you will take a look here at the new blog, and offer feedback (and hopefully, you will subscribe to follow) so that we can include items that are of interest to each of you.

Susan, remember how this all started with replacing the floor Lola ate? And I said “wellat least she can’t eat tile”. Yeah, we’ll…the wall tiles were cut out on the porch and there were all these little pieces and corners on the floor. Yes, yes Lola was eating tile pieces!
