One of the pleasures of cooking is sharing food with others. I’ve been doing just that for my friends, who allow me to come over to their home every other week and prepare meals for them to enjoy at home – as a family, around the table, and just relax at the end of their hectic day.

Vegetarian Bolognese with Whole Wheat Penne Pasta from My Recipes.com – this one makes a BIG batch, so freeze some for later.
Fall Vegetable Curry from Cooking Light. Looks like lunch for the next few days…
Spicy Szechuan Chicken Stir Fry from my buddy, Laurie, over at Simply Scratch blog. Since this one is their dinner that night, I cooked the chicken first and transferred it to a large bowl. Next, I cooked the veggies and stored them in the ‘fridge separate from each other. That way, it’s a simple matter of gently reheating them tonight.
