Ms. Strawberry, please meet your new friend, Mr. Chocolate Sauce.

One look, and I just KNEW it was going over those strawberries in the ‘fridge….you know the ones: their relatives had just made their debut last weekend on top of our French Toast.
We used fresh strawberries, and soy milk in this version. Plus, grated some dark chocolate and added that at the end of the cooking. Velvety smooth, with chocolate richness indeed.
Since cooking with friends was on our Saturday night menu, this seemed rather serendipitous. Just the thing to eat once we finished our Pork Stuffed with Rosemary, Garlic, and Pesto, don’t you think?

No need to leave behind any of that Chocolate Sauce as leftovers, right? It’s kinda like that thing people refer to as “Leftover Wine”……somehow, that also seems so wrong…!
