You know how some days just work out really well? We experienced one of those days at the International Academy of Italian Cuisine in Lucca, Italy. Lucky for us, we arrived at our cooking class to learn it was a special day for the students: Classes were ending and it was Graduation Day! How exciting for us to witness this event.
For their “final exam” (this was my kind of test….), each group or team had to create a dish, then present their creation to the rest of us in the class. We dove right in to watch, learn, and cook with the groups. At the end of class, we ate way too much food, and applauded as Chef Gianlucca Pardini awarded the certificates amid cheers and applause.
