Seems we all get in such a huge hurry during the week, it’s sometimes hard to sit down and enjoy a fun, tasty breakfast – and just relax a bit. So, that is exactly what Hubby and I did on Saturday morning.
And here’s the proof:

Here’s what we did:
Use a fun glass – we used martini glasses – and layer in some non-fat, unflavored Greek yogurt (we like the Costco “Kirkland” brand).
Next, slice some fresh strawberries and place as the next layer. Then, add some blueberries for a kick of color.
Add a layer of granola or crunchy cereal of your choice. Top with a bit more yogurt, fruit and granola…it started to overflow for us at this point!…..depending on the size of your glass….a sprinkle of nuts, then top with a drizzle of honey.
