Food Processor Discoveries with Chocolate Mousse Magic

The Finished Product!

Our friends came over for a “Girl’s Night In” (even though our favorite photographer is a guy….he was allowed to attend…someone HAD to take the photos, right?….) on Saturday night. Needless to say, a good cooking / eating time was had by all.

As usual, we had to try out a new recipe with Annie,

Annie Melts the Chocolate

since she is interested in learning about cooking. Plus, she’s brave enough to at least try the inventions – even though she might not like the end result.

What Annie thought would be The Hit of the Night” turned out to be (in her words) ugh….well, maybe that is only ONE word. The good news was we all got to eat Annie’s portion! What’s not to love about chocolate, bananas, and tofu? Especially when it is called Chocolate Mouse….(Try it, you’ll never even suspect it is tofu).

The recipe is from the Cleveland Clinic and here is the link. Super easy, simple to make, AND enjoyed by all (well, maybe not ALL of us…!) Thanks, Annie, for being a good cooking partner!

Okay I LOVE real chocolate mousse….it’s probably my number one favorite dessert next to Butler and Bailey’s Tiramisu. I don’t know about the tofu. I’m curious.
Also, anytime you want to make me a tester or invite me for a girl’s night out – I’ll be there!
