Surprised By CSA Goodies!

Imagine if you will that your friend, David, calls and offers his share of CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) produce to us this week – ’cause he is headed out of town for a Birthday Celebration with The Mrs., Rochelle.

CSA Produce

We are the lucky winners of all of THIS behind Door #1…how’s about that??

Now, you might just see a big pile of veggies and raw ingredients. BUT I picture lots of Kitchen Inventions in that pile. So…without further ado, look forward to Inventions coming your way soon.

Now, before signing off, I wanted to share with you a bit about Sun Dog Farm, in Buckhead, GA (not “Buckhead/Atlanta”) where Darby McCrea Weaver and Elliot Smith grow all of these goodies – and so much more – on their farm. Our friend, David, told me a little bit about their fabulous efforts to raise organic produce, provide CSA memberships, sell to restaurants, and still have time for chickens and goats…in this day and age, you have to be inspired and driven to live the life of a farmer.

Darby and Elliot

These guys are working hard to make their dreams come true, and my praises go out to them! Good luck to you both in your endeavors and we can’t WAIT to taste our goodies.

Thanks, David, for sharing the bounty!
